I’m giving this more stars that I feel our visit deserves because honestly feel a little bad leaving this review, as it looks like our experience may not be the norm. But I do feel like it should be made note of so that hopefully the servers/cooks will be more mindful in the future. This place came recommended by my husband’s coworker, and we’ve been looking forward to coming here for several weeks. Finally made it in tonight. First I’ll say that I do love that it’s Native American owned! We ordered a couple drinks and an appetizer, and a bit later, a different waitress came over and took our order. Honestly neither waitress was very friendly or welcoming. I don’t want to say they acted bothered, but just didn’t seem thrilled to be taking our orders. When a third waitress brought out the dinner, she asked if my husband and I were sharing a meal, and she only had his burger with her. I told her no, that I had ordered the grilled buffalo chicken sandwich. She looked puzzled and said she didn’t see anything else but she’d go double check again. She came back a few minutes later and told us she was sorry, but for some reason my husband’s order was the only one on the ticket and that she couldn’t find our waitress to ask what happened. Not sure how that happened when she took my order down first and then wrote his down on the same paper. She apologized and asked if she could put my order in and that she would discount it. She was very sweet about it. I told her it was no problem and gave her my order again - grilled chicken buffalo sandwich with onion rings. She asked if I wanted some ranch to dip it in and I said yes. We waited awhile, and one of the original waitress brought out my dinner. Chicken sandwich, drenched in ranch, not on the side like offered, and french fries - not onion rings like were ordered both times. My husband let her know I ordered onion rings, and she just basically acknowledged that he spoke and left. Again, not even remotely friendly and no apology for either mess up. The food was fine, but with the two servers’ “attitudes” and the multiple mess ups with my dinner - we won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend.
